Freedom Radio FM

Hey gang. I just wanted to make a post here about a Christian Radio network that some of you need to be aware of. Its Freedom Radio FM of the Clearwater Broadcasting Network http://www.freedomradiofm.com/ I have been working with them for a year now, doing PSA's and the like with them for our rescue mission. But what was really astounding was that their advertising and sales guy, Dana Slack, came to my town and helped support a fund raiser my band put on for Teen Challenge. Now, he didn't come just for that, he was in town promoting the station here but he went out of his way to promote the event. I HIGHLY recommend that if your hometown has an affiliate of Freedom Radio that you contact them and get involved. Dana has given my band a rate of $50.00/month for my band to have a 30 second spot that broadcasts 3-4 times/day. We produce our own spots, using our own songs for the music beds on a lot of our spots. We advertise our events, present scriptures, talk about local issues etc. PLUS they are looking for indy bands to play on their network. BEST OF ALL they are blatantly Christian, not "family friendly" or "a positive alternative" they claim Christ and are not ashamed to be called Christian Radio. You can get their national broadcast online. Your ads don't get on the national (unless you pay bigger bucks) but they do get sent out on the local broadcast.
